Parkside offers an open floorplan with a large great room. The living area has a flat-screen TV, leather recliner, and leather sofa sleeper perfect for additional sleeping. The kitchen area offers a large workspace with snack bar seating for 2, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small dishwasher. This is perfect for a leisurely breakfast at home or a quick lunch break from the beach. The dining area has a round table perfect for 4.
The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day.

Please Note:
- Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub.
- There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool.
- The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.

Location! Location! Location! This property was in walking distance of everything. We never moved our car after arriving. It was a perfect size for two. The shared patio was great for sitting in the sun in the afternoon or for morning coffee. Saugatuck was just beautiful and this was a nice home away from home.

The house is brand new, everything was sparkling clean. Perfect place to take family for a weekend getaway or for an extended holiday. Quick walk to the lake, a lot of outdoor space and very quiet at night. Thank you for the check in / check out flexibility and the local tips around the city. We had a great stay and really appreciated the early check-in. We will definitely be back!

Location, location, location! This clean and tranquil space is in the heart of Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the harbor just a few steps away. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and the mattress was comfortable - a good nights sleep is hard to beat.

Im handicapped and its hard to find rentals that are disability friendly. This rental worked beautifully. Easy to get around inside and out. The kitchen is as cute as can be and has everything you need. The outside areas were comfortable, and we could even see the fireworks from our porch!

The property was nicer than I expected. The water is just across the street and is perfect for morning coffee while the kids sleep. I cant wait to rent this property again next year. Decor was cute and updated. Appreciate the nice furnishings at this price.
