Stayed at Fenn Woods over 4th of July and had a great experience. The property was newly renovated and perfect for our group + dogs. The outdoor space was incredible. The team was quick to respond to all my questions.

Had a great weekend at the Art Coast Cottage. Very nice home, comfortable and well appointed. The weather was cold and snowy so the fireplace was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a week at PleasanTrees in October for a girls tripsix of usand we couldnt have been happier! The house is tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and cozy, but still close to everything. Spacious, beautifully designed, and the perfect fit for our group. We did day trips to nearby towns and loved coming home in the evenings to relax. The place checked all the boxes: huge windows, big bedrooms, plenty of hangout spots, a big kitchen and island for snacks and chats, and yesthe hot tub was a total hit! Mill Pond Realty was great to work withsuper responsive and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend this gem if youre planning a girls getaway. Were already talking about going back!

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didnt have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of our rental is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

We loved our stay! The gardens are gorgeous and the amenities were just as pictured. The staff was super and immediately responsive when we had an issue with the wifi. Cant wait for another stay!

Mill Pond was prompt and thorough with communications. Supplied us with things of interest and coupon book which were helpful. Our rental was within walking distance of downtown with a quiet backyard. Would highly recommend.

Many people rent from Airbnb or VRBO and when we arent in Saugatuck we do too. But it makes us miss Mill Pond. We so appreciative knowing that our house will always be clean. There is always someone to call if we have a problem. You could not ask for a more cheerful, patient staff. After multiple years renting from them, I cant imagine using anyone else in Saugatuck.

Mill Pond Realty had the best customer service I think Ive ever had in my life! They called to check in with us. They brought extra lawn chairs from their office for us. They worked directly with the homeowner to help accommodate us. They were beyond fantastic. Id give them 10 stars if I could! Definitely recommend. 10/10

What a great rental experience! We called for an early check-in and was told they would call us back when our rental was ready. They called us shortly after to let us know it was ready. Then they called to make sure we had not gotten lost to their office. The staff was so nice. We will recommend Mill Pond to anyone visiting this area. So much nicer than a hotel stay.
