If you’re looking for the beach, stroll down to the Chain Ferry which will take you across the river where you can enjoy the Oval Beach, Saugatuck Museum, Mt. Baldhead, and hiking opportunities.
Parkside offers an open floorplan with a large great room. The living area has a flat-screen TV, leather recliner, and leather sofa sleeper perfect for additional sleeping. The kitchen area offers a large workspace with snack bar seating for 2, a full-size refrigerator, and even a small dishwasher. This is perfect for a leisurely breakfast at home or a quick lunch break from the beach. The dining area has a round table perfect for 4.
The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day.

Please Note:
- Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub.
- There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool.
- The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months. If you need additional heat, or heat during the summer, there is a baseboard electric heater in the bedroom.

Beautiful property in the best location possible - we were right across the street from the river and in comfortable walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. My niece and I couldnt have had more perfect accommodations or more fun. A much-needed getaway and a weekend Ill never forget.

This was a great place to stay for the week! It was a little tight for our family of four, but we loved being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. The place provided kitchen supplies and toiletries to get us started. It was clean and cute! Highly recommend!

Mill Pond was a great stay. The location was absolutely perfect- right in downtown Saugatuck and walking distance from all the main shops and restaurants. The hosts were quick with responding and offered tips on where to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Park Side was the perfect location for a quiet, off-season weekend getaway. It does seem as though Mill Ponds properties cater to people who stay longer during the busy summer months. As such, the property doesnt come with a ton of amenities, but they also make lodgers aware of this up-front. Hospitality was excellent and they provided us with a town map, coupon book and other local tips upon check-in. I would absolutely stay at Park Side or another Mill Pond location if I came back to Saugatuck in summer- or any other time of year!
