Inside, you'll find a cozy and comfortable living space designed for both relaxation and enjoyment. The cottage features two inviting bedrooms on the upper level, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and rest. The primary and guest bedrooms are a serene retreat, furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds and offering ample closet space for your belongings. The warm décor and peaceful ambiance ensure a restful night’s sleep.

On the main level, the spacious living room features a comfortable sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV with basic cable for your entertainment. The perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventuring! The bright and airy sunroom, with a daybed and trundle, offers the ideal space for reading, napping, or just soaking in the light. Sliders lead to the charming screen porch. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, play board games, or enjoy a homecooked meal in the fresh air. 

The private hot tub on the porch provides a serene retreat to unwind after a day of exploration. The cottage also boasts a fenced-in yard, shared with the neighboring Grey Cottage, offering a tranquil space for outdoor activities or relaxing under the stars.

You’ll be just a short stroll away from Saugatuck’s diverse dining options, charming boutiques, and picturesque waterfront, where you can take a leisurely walk along the boardwalk or enjoy a scenic boat ride. Please Note:

• The backyard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage which is just next door. Grey Cottage guests do not have access to the hot tub or any amenities other than the grill. 
• Due to the age of the home, sometimes ants, vermin, and spiders will sneak inside. Routine pest control services are in place to ensure the comfort of our guests, but on occasion, a curious critter may make its way inside. If you notice any evidence of pests indoors, please notify our office promptly so we can address the situation.
• This is an original historic cottage with minimal updates, but the location in downtown Saugatuck cannot be beaten.
• There is central air conditioning throughout. The small bedroom does not have a vent so a window AC unit is installed during the summer months.
