Historic cottage centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. Take an easy, flat walk to all downtown Saugatuck activities. Enjoy a meal at one of the fine or casual dining establishments, shop until you drop at the many boutiques, take in a live show at the SCA, stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream cone, or just relax and people-watch. There is plenty to do for everyone!
Butler’s Landing is a quaint historic cottage with much charm and character. Beautiful wood flooring flows through the living room, den, kitchen, and formal dining room. Upstairs you’ll find two generous bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with shower.
The backyard is the real gem of this home. Screen porch with alfresco dining is the ideal place to relax any time of day and the hot tub will soothe your cares away. The yard is fenced in which is great if your pet is joining you.

Please Note:
- The backyard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage which is just next door.
- Due to the age of the home, sometimes ants, vermin, and spiders will sneak inside. The property is treated monthly by a professional pest company. If you notice anything inside, please let us know. We cannot make any rate adjustments or refunds for the presence of pests or vermin.
- This is an original historic cottage with minimal updates, but the location in downtown Saugatuck cannot be beaten.
- There is central air conditioning throughout. The small bedroom does not have a vent so a window AC unit is installed during the summer months.

We did a long weekend at Butlers Landing and it was the perfect location. House was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub was a great bonus! We were within walking distance of all the cute shops, restaurants and attractions. The Mill Pond staff were super friendly and responsive. We will definitely be going back! We loved our stay and everyone we talked with was super friendly! Thanks!

Amazing location - within very short walking distance of everything downtown. Plenty of parking. Great set-up for my dog - fenced-in yard was very convenient. Us humans really enjoyed the hot tub!

The Butlers landing was great. Pleasant property in walking distance or maybe considered just to be in the downtown part of Saugatuck. The property itself is quaint and modest yet perfect for a simple place to stay for getaway.

We enjoyed a really nice stay, as two couples. The location is perfect for walking to all the amenities in town yet still quiet and somewhat off the main drag. One of the two bedrooms is quite small however both have queen size beds. We used the screened-in porch every morning and evening and used the lovely hot tub twice . Expect that the house is older but charming and clean.

Great location! Just a couple of minutes to walk to restaurants. The house is older but charming with alot of space - we had 6 girls with plenty of room. The hot tub was a great bonus as well!

This was a wonderful space, conveniently located in downtown Saugatuck. Easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants and the yard and hot tub was great at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for our stay! It was perfect for our needs and we would love to stay there again in the future!
