You will love the central downtown location of this Saugatuck cottage-style home. Relax and unwind from the enclosed front porch as you watch the world go by, or hang out on the expansive back deck complete with a fire pit.
Space galore for your whole group to enjoy as the floor plan keeps going and going. Enter through the sunken den where you'll find a flat-screen TV and a comfy sofa that pulls out for additional sleeping.
Continue on the main level, up 3 steps, into the kitchenette. This space is perfect for a quick morning coffee and toast, an afternoon drink, or popping some popcorn for an evening at home. The adjacent formal dining room is great for everyone to dine together or even for a friendly game of cards.
Next, head through the formal living room and out to the enclosed front porch. The porch is the ideal place to visit with your loved ones while watching the world go by.
This level also has two generous bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Starting back at the sunken den, you can head upstairs where you will find the upper wing of Downtown Cottage.
The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for everything you would need for a meal at home. With the snack bar and adjacent dining area, this is a great place to hang out with everyone.
Living space upstairs includes the spacious sunroom complete with flat-screen TV with Chromecast, a sectional sofa, and a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping. There are doors that would close off this room for sound privacy for those sleeping in this space.
There are also two bedrooms on this level - the guest bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite half bathroom. The master suite is huge! A comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and washer/dryer.
This home also has plenty of outside space to hang out. Tiered decking out back is complete with outdoor furniture with several seating areas and a fire pit for making s'mores in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Downtown Cottage and Mill Pond Realty was a fantastic host. The Cottage was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location walking distance from the heart of Saugatuck. The Cottage also had a fantastic backyard area with multiple seating areas and a great fire pit. Mill Pond was extremely professional and accommodating. Look forward to staying in more of their properties.

Spent a girls weekend at the Downtown Cottage. What a beautiful home! Its clean, nicely decorated and more than enough room for the 8 of us. The cottage is just a few blocks from all the fun shops and restaurants in town. Mill Pond Realty responded quickly to any questions we had which helped to make our trip enjoyable & stress free. We will be back! Thank you for all your help in making our girls reunion trip a success!

This place is awesome for large gatherings. Enough room for two families - one upstairs and one downstairs. Clean, well decorated, stocked with all necessary amenities. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, etc. 2 minute walk to downtown and 30 minute walk to Douglas. Charming front porch for indoor chats while raining and great outdoor patio for evening fires.

Our experience at the Downtown Cottage was absolutely amazing. Our cabin was flawless. Every detail was thought out and nothing was missed! They were just a phone call away for all silly questions! Super easy check in and check out! We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

Great stay, it did get a little hot during the summer, but it was great. There was plenty of commen areas to sit and hang out and something that was really cool was that you can go fishing basically right out your front door and you can bring back what you catch and in the backyard there is an outdoor sink so you can clean your fish right there easily. Great stay.

There were 8 adults in our group getting together to celebrate a birthday. We have stayed in Saugatuck multiple times and this was our favorite property. The home provided plenty of space for everyone, the location was perfect (a short walk to anything downtown), the outdoor patio was amazing. We used the outdoor patio for relaxing morning coffee and our favorite was gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. Communication with our hosts was great, they were very responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a great time and recommend the property to anyone who wants the full downtown Saugatuck experience.

Lots of space located right on the edge of downtown. Mill Pond Realty was great to work with. The house has a bit of an unusual layout with 2 BRs up and 2BRs down, it would be especially suitable for 2 small families or groups. Lots of space and a quiet yard, all within walking distance to everything.
