Back at home you'll love the wooded surroundings and may even catch glimpses of birds, deer, fox, rabbits, and other wildlife in your backyard. The outside space of this home is where you'll want to be. The spacious deck is complete with outdoor furniture to relax with a book or just spend time with your loved ones. - This home is situated in the woods. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced twice monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house.
- This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If you flush other items, such as feminine products, it will cause a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
- The garage is not included in the rental. There is room in the driveway for 4+ cars.

We stayed at Silverberry Acres. It was an amazing place! Loved the fire pit and the hot tub! HUGE yard to play games and let our dog roam and run around! The house is huge everyone loved it! Would definitely recommend this property to stay! We had a great stay. The property was amazing. I would definitely stay there again. I do appreciate being able to send text messages when I had questions. Very responsive, which was great.

What a lovely place for a ladies weekend getaway! We had a group of 7. It was perfect. The kitchen is very large and the dining room sat at least 8 or more. The family room was perfect for playing games. The hot tub was a very nice touch! Everything was very clean.

We had the most amazing time at this cabin. It was perfect for our large group of friends who dont get to see each other but once a year. We stayed out on the porch talking for hours after we got back in for the day. The hot tub was in the perfect setting and was clean and AMAZING!! This place has all the cooking things you may need for your entire trip. Gorgeous and private ❤️ The realty group was insanely helpful. She reached out twice before the trip to see if there was anything else she could do to make the stay more comfortable. They also told us a couple of cool places to check out in today. Hands down 5 stars!!!

Great stay at this house in the woods! Hot tub was big enough for our group of 10! Check in was easy and Mill Pond Realty was very responsive. We had a great stay & skied at Bittersweet Mountain (45 min away). Downtown Saugatuck very close to the house!
