PleasanTrees is all about relaxation and spending time with your loved ones. With two living rooms and two levels of decking, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The main level fireplace is perfect for the colder months – curl up with a good book or gather around with your loved ones to watch a movie on the Smart TV.
The updated, fully equipped kitchen features stone counters, stainless appliances, and all the amenities you need to prepare a meal at home. That meal can be enjoyed either in the formal dining area or by heading out the sliders to the deck and enjoying your food alfresco. Savor your meal while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views.
The five bedrooms ensure that everyone has a comfortable and private spot to recharge. The primary bedroom suite is on the main level and complete with sliders to the deck, a king-size bed, and a full bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. Also on the main level is a convenient half bathroom just off the great room. The four guest bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms can be found on the lower level.

Due to the surrounding trees and landscaping, it's common to see bugs (spiders, ants, flies, etc.) and critters (squirrels, birds, bats, etc.). Please keep the doors shut to ensure the wildlife stays in the wild.

We really enjoyed our stay at PleasanTrees. The house was very clean and spacious and we loved how close it was to the town. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the description and it was even more spacious than we anticipated. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway to Saugatuck!

Stayed at PleasanTrees for a weekend with friends. The place is huge and beautiful. There is so much room to hang out together! Almost every room has a balcony or outdoor space attached to it. It is a 5 minute walk to all of the bars and restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, with an ice fridge and even a brita pitcher! Mill Pond was very responsive from the get go. They arranged an at residence check in since we came in quite late. When we realized there was no hair dryer, someone from Mill Pond went out and bought a brand new one and dropped it off promptly, which was huge! There were enough towels and blankets for everyone. We had such a great time, and would definitely stay again. Thanks for best weekend with friends!

Beautiful house with plenty of room. Great views from the deck. Perfect for a big gathering. Walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed our stay.
