Cook up a meal and step out on the screen porch where you can eat in the warm summer breeze. The living room provides space to gather while streaming your favorite shows or the latest movie. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, Handsome Fellow.
Quaint, cute, and everything you need for a quick getaway to Saugatuck Douglas. The guest house, A Quiet Lad, is an open room studio featuring a kitchenette, sitting area, sleeping area with queen bed, TV with Fire Stick, and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Head out the French doors to the deck where you can relax in the sunshine with your morning coffee or evening beverage.
The outdoor space at this property is just lovely. A spacious screen porch with dining space is the ideal space to enjoy a meal in the summer. Both cottages have dedicated deck space overlooking the spacious backyard. This yard is great for your furry friends to enjoy as it's fully fenced-in.
Enjoy a flat walk to Wicks Park, less than 2 blocks away, where you can watch the boats float by on the river or take the Chain Ferry across the river for some hiking at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. Downtown Saugatuck has an abundance of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and art galleries - there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Excellent location - easily walkable to restaurants and shops. We liked the space. It is so nicely decorated and very comfortable. Any minor concerns were quickly addressed by Mill Pond. We rented both Lad and Fellow and it worked out great for our group of 4. Thank you - We hope to stay again!

Cant beat the location thats walkable to everything! And the house was accommodating for a gathering of multiple families. The family with an infant got the coach house for privacy and peace during naps, and it was great to have the fenced-in yard for the dog. And the yard was perfectly accessible from the coach house and main house. The landscaping was beautiful and the backyard was a nice private getaway from the busy downtown. We loved walking to coffee every morning, and exploring all the shops and restaurants that were literally steps away.

This place was wonderful Super clean, great location. Had all the amenities we needed in lovely mid-century dcor. Plenty of room for us to hang out, inside and on back deck and porch. Check in was easy and we recd plenty of info and help regarding the area.

Quaint house right in the middle of everything. Beautifully decorated. We were a group of 8 ladies and we had everything we needed for a great escape weekend. Landscaping was gorgeous. The screened in porch was perfect for games and conversation. Only suggestion is more lighting on the porch.

We enjoyed our stay at Lad and Fellow. The main house was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We really liked the screened-in porch and backyard. The casita was comfortable and clean. Great location within walking distance to all the shops and eateries. Would definitely stay there again. Management company was communicative, and thank you for the coupon book, beach ball, and frisbee!

We had a wonderful time in Saugatuck. Four couples were very comfortable at Lad and Fellow. The place was clean and very convenient to downtown. We came from all over and had five cars. We were able to squeeze 4 in the driveway with only one on the street right in front of house. When we arrived, parking was hard to find but it quickly cleared on a Sunday evening and was never a problem. We loved the yard and screened porch. The place was very peaceful and had plenty of seating in and out for our group of 8. We had a problem with one shower head which was quickly fixed by Mill Pond Realty. All in all a great visit and very nice stay at Lad and Fellow.
