An entry-level spacious living room boasts big windows, a Smart TV, and a gas fireplace. What a great place to catch the morning news before heading out to explore for the day or to curl up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie. The adjacent dining nook seats up to 8 with views out over the lawn. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home including a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

Head up half a level to find 3 ample bedrooms - primary bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, guest bedrooms each have a queen bed - and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Down a half level from the living area is the fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds and the second bathroom with a step-in shower. Down another half level is the basement which has been transformed into a fun theater game room. Stream the game or your favorite show on the projector while you kick back on the couch. Or challenge your friends to a game of darts or Monopoly. There is also a second refrigerator and washer/dryer in this space. 

Hilltop Oasis is a beautiful place to get away while visiting Saugatuck Douglas! 

Please Note:

• This home is a split-level layout and stairs are required to enter as well as access any of the bedrooms or bathrooms. 
• The gas fireplace is available for use in the winter months only. During the summer months, the gas to the fireplace is shut off.
• Dogs are allowed at this home with a $100 per pet fee per stay.
• The garage is not included in the rental of the property.
• This home is located next to Saugatuck High School and directly next to the sports field.
