Daisy Cottage is a beautifully remodeled home with many upgrades sure to make your stay enjoyable.
Enter into the great room which is open and provides plenty of space to spend quality time together. The cozy living room area offers a flat-screen TV with basic cable and a gas fireplace. A formal dining space is perfect for dinners together. The fully equipped kitchen complete with a center island offers everything you could need for a meal at home - except the food of course!
Head down the hall where you'll find two separate retreats for a great night's sleep. Both bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom. One bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower and the other has a shower tub combo. Something for the needs of everyone.
The outside space of this home is a real gem. The spacious screen porch offers a relaxing sectional sofa perfect for hanging out together or sipping your morning coffee while listening to the birds welcoming the day. Just off the screen porch is a patio with a picnic table and private hot tub. What a great way to end the day by soaking in the hot tub under the stairs. For a real adventure, there is an outdoor shower complete with both hot and cold water.
Located only 1 mile from downtown Douglas and 2 miles to downtown Saugatuck, you will have plenty to do during your stay. From fine and casual dining and Broadway-quality theater to endless ice cream flavors and shops galore, there is something for everyone.

- This home is located in a residential community. Quiet hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. EST are strictly enforced. Parties and loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated.
- The outdoor shower is only available for use during the summer months.
- The fireplace is only available for use during the winter months.
- The hot tub is available for use year-round.

The house was great. Its a perfect space for a small group. There arent a lot of breakables, which is great if you have kids. The hot tub was very hot, maybe too hot when we arrived. Loads of fun things to do in the area. We could not remember if there was a beach accessible from the house, but to avoid a huge set of stairs, we went to Oval beach which was an easy drive. Super loved it here. Would love to come back.

This house was perfect for 4 adults. We loved the en-suite bathrooms and the hot tub. The house was super stocked with cooking supplies. It was very close to a small relaxing public beach and Saugatuck was a very close drive. The property manager was very attentive and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Great stay, we enjoyed the rental with our two young children. Douglas beach a quick walk away, and easy drive to Oval Beach. The sunroom was very relaxing. We had one issue with the wifi but Mill Pond staff were very responsive and came over to fix immediately. Construction is going on next door but the noise was minimal during our stay.

The cottage was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and cute. I loved the hot tub and the screened in back porch. It was close enough to walk to the beach, and a short drive to downtown saugatuck. Lots of very cute local shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at daisy cottage was great! Kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials, home was clean when we arrived, and the hot tub was clean and working great! We would recommend blinds for the front door.

Our stay was fantastic, the location was beautiful and just a short walk from a great public beach. The space is nice and open, we had friends over for dinner one night and it was great for everyone to hangout together. I know other reviews mentioned the lack of basics, but that was not the case for us. Plenty of extra bath and beach towels, other toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc.

Our stay was excellent!! Lovely home and setting and we could walk to coffee shops and Isabels Market which is a great "foodie" destination. It was just a short car ride into Saugatuck. Mill pond was fantastic. We had to go to a wedding shower in Grand Rapids which made us check in late and Mill pond was very accommodating with a 9:00 pm check in. We even got a personal phone call from Mill Pond on our second day to make sure that we were happy with everything and check-in had gone smoothly. I thought that was really nice.

Daisy cottage was pristine. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Super cute decor. Hot tub was great. The cottage was spotless. Location was perfect. (It was only a half block from Lake Michigan). Beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The porch was a great addition. I would stay there again and again!!

Peaceful and beautiful location with the quiet roar from the lake whenever you opened a window. The home was clean and well taken care of. Five minute walk to the beach to the west, or go five minutes to the east to get to a quaint coffee shop. For parents of young kids, it was pleasantly baby proof (covers on outlets, very few hard corners, no stairs, etc).
