The gathering place of this home is open and perfect for creating memories with your loved ones. The plush sectional in the living room is a great place to relax watching a movie and chatting. Come together to craft a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent dining area has a large table that expands to seat 10+ so you can enjoy that meal together as one.
Just off the kitchen you have the option of heading out to the screen porch with relaxing outdoor furniture or onto the overly spacious deck with multiple seating areas. The screen porch is perfect for your morning coffee and quiet time before others awake for the day. The deck has plenty of areas to spread out and come together including outdoor dining.
Just off the deck is the enticing backyard area complete with private hot tub and built-in fire pit area. Relax in the Adirondack chairs, roast up some marshmallows, and reminisce of years past. There is also a grassy lawn for games or little ones to play.
Back inside the home you will find six ample bedrooms and four full bathrooms. Five of the bedrooms feature king size beds and there is one additional bedroom with a twin and a twin bunk bed. Three master suites makes this the ideal home for a group coming together.
Enjoy a short, scenic stroll down prestigious Lakeshore Drive while listening to the sounds of the waves and admiring the collection of homes and cottages. About 3/4 mile down you will find Douglas Beach Park which has a beautiful Lake Michigan beach for you to enjoy, a picnic area, and convenient bathrooms. Our famous Oval Beach is less than 2 miles away where you can spend endless days in the sunshine and squishing your toes in the sand.
Located only a 5 minute drive to either downtown Douglas or Saugatuck, you will have a selection of activities at your finger tips. From the assortment of shops and ice cream parlors, to the Broadway-quality theater and local puppet shows, to boat rides and dining options, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

- This home is located in a residential area with mostly year-round residents. Quiet hours of 11pm - 7am EST are strictly enforced. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- Though this home is all one level, there are 4 steps required to enter.
- We are happy to welcome your dogs. Please make sure to pick up after them.

We were a family of 9 and it was very spacious. They supplied pretty much everything we needed to have a great weekend. Bring your food and booze and youll be just fine.

The place was warm and welcoming. The team had turned on lights and music so it would be ready for our arrival. The welcome packet had lots of information. There were a ton of bedrooms, the hot tub was delightful, and we enjoyed the area. Thank you so much for a fun getaway!

The perfect place for adults to stay! With almost every room having a king size bed and most having ensuites you cant ask for more! Kitchen is stocked very well, all the pots and pans you could need, spice cabinet was full, and plenty of cutlery to go around! Big comfy couch and a big screen TV in the living room. Great size dining room table & a small island in the kitchen so there is more than enough seating! The area is great a quick drive into downtown and a short walk to some waterfront! We saw so many deer, that was extremely exciting for the little ones! Great fire pit in the back with lots of seating. This is a reality company and we were not sure what to expect with the long list of rules but they were so accommodating and all the rule are just your basic be respectful of someone else home! I received a call on the second day making sure everything was good, which I really appreciated, we had a bit of trouble with the cable and they were able to solve my problem right away!

We had a great time staying at Tucks Treasure. Its 1 mile from Oval Beach (by road), and a quick drive to several state state parks. The kitchen and dining area are large and the bedrooms are huge and filled with light. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! Mill Pond Realty was very responsive when we had a minor maintenance issue and showed up to fix it right away.

Cozy location, with huge backyard and indoor space. Very close to downtown and lots of local wineries and breweries that we would have loved to visit however due to pandemic avoided. We will be back to this area! Had great communication and attended to any needs we had while staying there.

Pristine inside. Beautiful outside. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy a peaceful slice of the outdoors with a larger group of people. Perfect for extended family and very easy to get to anything in the area. What a magical way to spend my mother-in-laws 60th birthday. The property was just perfect. Mill Pond was exceptional in its communication and willingness to help make the experience superb.

Clean, inviting 4 bedroom home with a large back deck, hot tub, fire pit and back yard ravine with wandering deer. Close to Oval beach and Saugatuck amenities - great location! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot. The hot tub was fun and we enjoyed the back deck and the firepit! Check in was easy.

Bedrooms were HUGE!! Great open layout of the home, large deck with working clean hot tub. Great location, private but seconds from downtown. Our family had plenty of room for all the couples. They had plenty of trash bags and dishwasher pods to use. VERY clean and cozy feel. Supplied an abundance of games the families could play! We had a great experience.

Beautiful spacious home with great amenities and perfect for large groups. Well set up for cooking grilling and the hot tub and fireplace are fantastic touches. The rooms were also really spacious and comfortable. This was a great stay for myself and our group of 8. We enjoyed the amenities and spaciousness of the home thoroughly. Mill Pond Realty was great and easy to work with too!
