Located 7 miles southeast of Saugatuck/Douglas is the small town of Fennville. The historic architecture, nationally recognized restaurants, and quaint shops make Fennville what it is today. For the wine lover, Fenn Valley Winery offers daily wine tastings and many events throughout the year. If you have a sweet tooth like us, youll love Cranes Pie Pantry. Fennville is bursting with that small town American vibe! Fennvilles closest neighbor, Glenn, is wildly known as the Pancake Town due to a snow storm that left the residents to survive on pancakes. Glenn also offers a small, but quaint downtown area.

Lake Allegan is a wonderful lake just outside the community of Allegan. This lake is great for swimming, fishing, and slow boating - pontoons, kayaks, canoes, etc. A true beauty, you will love sitting out and watching life on the lake.

There is minimal to no beach along the entire coast. Douglas Beach, Pier Cove Beach, and Westside County Park have all been closed due to the stairs washing away. We cannot make any adjustments in rent for these conditions. In Saugatuck we recommend visiting The Oval Beach. In South Haven we recommend visiting North Beach or South Beach.

Properties in this category are in the general South Haven area, but not necessarily downtown. South Haven offers a lively marina, various beaches, and an abundance of shops and restaurants.
