Please Note:
There is a mini-split air conditioning unit in ever bedroom, but there is no central AC. There are also ceiling fans throughout. With the mini-splits and fans, as well as the shade of the trees, the home stays cool and comfortable. 
Water is received at this home from a well. The water is safe to drink. Due to the high mineral content in our area, the water may taste and smell differently than you're used to. 
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other toilet paper and human waste. Flushing other items, such as feminine products or baby wipes, will result in a backup.
