Outside, a sprawling yard beckons for picnics, games, and lounging in the sun. Fire up the grill at the BBQ area for al fresco dining, then gather around the fire pit as evening falls, swapping stories under the starlit sky.

Venture just 6 miles to the vibrant town of South Haven, where an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment awaits. Explore antique shops, farm stands, and local wineries, breweries, and cideries, or soak up the sun on sandy beaches and enjoy watersports on the lake.

Please Note
Due to high water levels, there is no direct access to Lake Michigan from the property. The closest access point is 4 miles north at the Glenn Public Beach. We recommend visiting North or South Beach in South Haven for the best beach experience.
There is no central AC. There are wall AC units in each of the bedrooms and there are ceiling fans upstairs. If you open the windows, there is a great cross breeze from the lake.
There is a Fire Stick and YouTube TV for your enjoyment. You can also use your account to login to a selection of other apps.
This home is on a well and does not receive city water. It is safe to drink, but those not accustomed to well water may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking. There is high mineral content in our area and white/light-colored items, including household linens, washed in the home's washer may present an orange tinge.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Single-ply and septic-safe toilet paper work the best. Flushing other items, such as feminine products or baby wipes, will cause a sewage backup.
This home is tucked in the woods along the lake. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house. Make sure to keep the doors closed at all times or the wildlife may let themselves in. You may find spiders, webs, and ants inside as they welcome themselves in.
