The charming space accommodates up to 4 guests with a bedroom and full bathroom upstairs and a sofa sleeper and half bathroom on the main level.
Step out onto the patio and enjoy outdoor dining with the convenience of an electric grill, perfect for savoring delicious meals al fresco. The upper-level balcony, with outdoor furniture, provides a serene spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings.
Inside, the condo boasts a kitchenette, allowing you to prepare light meals and snacks during your stay. Stay entertained with the Smart TVs and stay connected with wireless internet, ensuring you have everything you need for both relaxation and productivity.

Please Note:
There is a spiral staircase to get upstairs. This is required to get to the bedroom and full bathroom.
The bedroom does not have a door separating it from the living room below, only the staircase.
The association swimming pool is open and available for use duing the summer months only.
There is no range in the kitchen and no laundry facilities available.
Per association rules, one dog is allowed. There is a $100 pet fee. Cats and other animals are not allowed.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this quaint and cozy space. Its located super close to the beach and restaurants. Hosts were informative and responsive. The decorations inside are fun and colorful and made us feel very relaxed and at home away from home. We especially liked the wallpaper in the bedroom. We will definitely keep this one on our list for an upcoming trip.

The condo was very nice, exactly as described in the listing, and exceptionally clean. The condo is full of great amenities, such as several quick charging stations for phones (which were very appreciated), plenty of towels (thank you), a very nice outside grill, and beautiful set-up. The pool area is very nice, quiet, and clean. The small grocery store, located within a short walking distance, was WONDERFUL! Mill Pond was also extremely prompt to respond to email requests/questions and went way above and beyond.. We were sad to leave and hope to return next year. Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us.

The condo was a perfect place for my daughter and I. The area was quite, felt safe, and made it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and general sight-seeing. James and Christine provided detailed instructions along with helpful recommendations for local things to do. We had no problems at all! Douglas/Saugatuck was a great first time Lake Michigan experience, and being able to come home in the evening to a cozy, comfortable place to stay made for a wonderful mother/daughter vacation.

We loved how quiet it was. We have family out there and we just needed a quiet place to sleep. It was away from all the overwhelming tourism spots in Saugatuck. The surroundings were very neat tidy and pleasant overall. The hosts were very friendly. If we have to stay out there again, wed be happy to rent with you again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We love going to this area in the fall to pick apples, bike along Lakeshore Drive, sit by a fire pit and enjoy going to different restaurants. This place was perfect for all of this at a much better price than where we usually stay. One day we biked to downtown Douglas and had some lunch by the river. Then biked to Saugatuck and went to farmers market, shops and had a great meal. The next day we biked to Lakeshore Drive (only about a 3 minute bike ride), enjoyed looking at Lake Michigan and went to Douglas Beach. We loved it!

We had a great stay at thiscondo in Douglas. We really appreciated having a full refrigerator and freezer available. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, washcloths (thank you!), toilet paper, hand soap.
The condo is well situated, within close proximity to some solid restaurants; and the nearby deli (Isabels) was great for a quick bite in the morning.

Easy check-in. The place was super clean and in a quiet/very safe area. lots of good restaurants and markets close by. There were a lot of really nice little details that the host about before we arrived. We have stayed at a few places in Douglas, and hands down, this one was the best by far. Definitely superseded our expectations. Would definitely book here again on our next trip! Five Stars!

Very cute place! Comfortable bed and cozy family room with gas fireplace! We loved the location, so close to everything. Rode the bikes along the shore and checked out the beach and beautiful homes. The hosts were very responsive and we loved the decor! Would definitely stay again!
