This charming resort comprises 9 unique cabins, each with its own character, set across 30 acres of peaceful, quiet land located just 7 miles south of Saugatuck Douglas and 14 miles north of South Haven.
Dollybrook isn't just a place to stay; it's a destination to experience. Each cabin, while offering modern comforts, preserves the charm and simplicity of life surrounded by nature.

Step into the main level living room with seasonal gas fireplace. The welcoming space will pull you in to the comfort of your home away from home. The flat screen Smart TV provides indoor entertainment where you can stream all your favorite apps.
Prepare delicious homemade meals with ease in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. And for those who love the sizzle of outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill awaits on the patio, beckoning you to indulge in al fresco dining under the starlit sky.
Two spacious bedrooms adorn this wonderfully laid out space with a central full bathroom. You will love the updated bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity area. Each bedroom offers a respite for days end.
Outside you'll love relaxing on the screen porch with outdoor furniture. Take in the sounds of the birds and the views of surrounding woods and nature.

Please Note:
- The owner of this property continues to make improvements and upgrades to all cabins at DollyBrook Resort. For any item of particular importance please contact Mill Pond Realty.
- The common area amenities are shared by all 9 cottages. This includes the fire pits, picnic area, basketball, volleyball, swimming pool, and large yard. Please note the swimming pool is only available during the summer months, dependent on weather.
- Located in the countryside, it is common to see pests and vermin such as mosquitoes, ants, mice, squirrels, raccoons, etc. Please be mindful to keep your food stored properly and do not leave food out on the screen porches.
- This area does not offer high-speed cable internet or TV service. Each cottage is equipped with Dish Network TV and Frontier wireless internet through the phone line. This means that service can be spotty and unreliable.
- These cottages are on a well and septic system. Water comes from the ground and may taste different than you are used to. It is perfectly safe to drink, but you may wish to bring bottled water if not accustomed to the flavor. The septic system is fragile in nature and nothing other than toilet paper and waste should be flushed. All other items (baby wipes, cotton balls, feminine products, etc.) should be disposed of in the trash. Not adhering to this could result in the septic backing up into the cottage.
- There are no laundry facilities on site. Zoom Express Laundry in Douglas has self-serve machines for your laundry needs.

The activities at Dollybrook added to the enjoyment of our stay. We had a great time playing sand volleyball, and the on-site pool was absolutely amazing. It provided a refreshing break from the summer heat and added to the overall experience. And we got to use it at the end of September which is so cool. The weather was also amazing.
In summary, Dollybrook is a picturesque retreat with charming cabins, a convenient location, and a variety of activities.

Had our family reunion on Fathers Day weekend. The Gerth family rented all 9 cabins and the Loft. Dollybrook is incredible. All 45 of us had plenty of space and really enjoyed the cabins and the picnic area. The entire facility is so clean. The cabins have full sized refrigerators, big kitchens, plenty of lounging space, extra large flat screen TVs, and the beds (and bedding) are so comfortable.
The pool is huge and is located in the back of the property so plenty of privacy.
Mill Pond allowed us our privacy but were easily accessible with a phone call. Such wonderful people.
If you get a chance to stay at Dollybrook, you will not regret it. I highly recommend staying there. And if you have a family reunion, this is definitely the place for you. In fact, my family only left the property 3 times...once to shop and two times for off site events.

Wow. This is a hidden gem. We stayed in cabin 7. Minutes from downtown Douglas and Saugatuck, we cant wait to get back. The cottages are unique and fun. Super impressive. The fire pits are literally ready to go! Matches and all. Great pool. Loved chatting with the owner and cant wait to see them gain more success. Thank you so much for making it easy and family friendly! Most places require too many days to stay and they dont! We cant always get away for a full week so being able to stay at a quality venue for the time we could get away was huge for us. Well be back.

Our family of four stayed in cabin 7 and we LOVED it! Comfortable, SUPER clean and stocked with everything you might need. The new pool is amazing and BIG! I loved the fact that we could use the fire pits to roast smores. Like others have said, the location is off the beaten path, but very easy to find. We were able to get to South Haven, Holland and Saugatuck within 20 minutes or so. It was nice to come home to our quiet little cottage in the woods after a busy day and have all the comforts of home at our fingertips. I especially loved the screened in porch. I highly recommend this resort and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Dollybrook in Michigan, particularly in cabin number 7. The cabins charming green kitchen cabinets and cheerful yellow china gave it a unique and inviting character.
Dollybrook is an ideal destination for a family or friends outing, especially for those coming from Chicago. The proximity to Chicago makes it a convenient getaway. One highlight of our visit was bringing bikes for the kids; they had a blast exploring the area on two wheels. We were there with a group celebrating birthdays and anniversaries.
In summary, Dollybrook is a picturesque retreat with charming cabins, a convenient location, and a variety of activities that make it perfect for a family or friends weekend away or vacation. I highly recommend it for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. We will be back.
