Sprawled across one level, Handsome Fellow offers plenty of space for your group of six to enjoy. The large kitchen has many original "retro" elements that bring character to this downtown cottage. Cook up a meal and step out on the screen porch where you can eat in the warm summer breeze. The living room provides space to gather while streaming your favorite shows or the latest movie. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for six. If your group is a little larger, you can also rent the detached guest house, A Quiet Lad, for additional sleeping for two. 

Enjoy a flat walk to Wicks Park, less than 2 blocks away, where you can watch the boats float by on the river or take the Chain Ferry across the river for some hiking at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. Downtown Saugatuck has an abundance of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and art galleries - there is something for everyone to enjoy. 


Please Note: 

• There is an adjoining property that is rented separately. The yard is shared and there will be other guests on the property. Each property has a private deck for their use, but you can see each other. 
• The BBQ grill in the driveway is shared by both properties. 
• The driveway parking is only for the main house - you. 
• Each TV comes equipped with Smart capabilities so you can log in to your apps and stream your favorite shows. There is no cable service to the home. 
• This home is dog-friendly with a $100 per dog fee. Since the yard is shared, please do not leave your dog unattended in the yard.
• If your group needs more space, you can also rent the guest house: A Quiet Lad
