Historic cottage centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. Take an easy, flat walk to all downtown Saugatuck activities. Enjoy a meal at one of the fine or casual dining establishments, shop until you drop at the many boutiques, take in a live show at the SCA, stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream cone, or just relax and people-watch. There is plenty to do for everyone!
Butler’s Landing is a quaint historic cottage with much charm and character. Beautiful wood flooring flows through the living room, den, kitchen, and formal dining room. Upstairs you’ll find two generous bedrooms as well as a full bathroom with shower.
The backyard is the real gem of this home. Screen porch with alfresco dining is the ideal place to relax any time of day and the hot tub will soothe your cares away. The yard is fenced in which is great if your pet is joining you.

Please Note:
- The backyard and BBQ grill are shared with Grey Cottage which is just next door.
- Due to the age of the home, sometimes ants, vermin, and spiders will sneak inside. The property is treated monthly by a professional pest company. If you notice anything inside, please let us know. We cannot make any rate adjustments or refunds for the presence of pests or vermin.
- This is an original historic cottage with minimal updates, but the location in downtown Saugatuck cannot be beaten.
- There is central air conditioning throughout. The small bedroom does not have a vent so a window AC unit is installed during the summer months.

Fun hot tub, walkable to downtown. Winter visit which is the best time to have the town to yourself!
Cozy home. Really a two bedroom- a good sized queen bed in one spacious bedroom and a double bed tucked under the roof for the other bedroom. Comfy day bed off the living room next to bathroom & kitchen so not private but great for kids.

Butlers Landing was awesome. It is in a perfect location. As close to downtown as you would want (walking distance) and just far enough to have privacy. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in room playing games and taking dips in the hot tub. We will be back for sure.

Perfect location! We were able to easily walk everywhere which was so nice. The only time we drove was to go to Oval Beach which was a 10 min drive away. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch and hot tub.

Excellent customer service, support, and help through thewhole process. This was a cute, beautiful, and quaint spot just on the outskirts of downtown. We were close enough to the action, but not so close to be bothered by crowds while enjoying the screen porch and/or hot tub. Also the hot tub is great; we used it ~2x/day.
