This home was remodeled in 2022 and offers high-end luxury, well-thought-out spaces, and beautiful details throughout. 

Located "on the hill" in downtown Saugatuck, everything in town is an easy walk away. From the local coffee shop to fine and casual dining to boutiques and the waterfront boardwalk, there is something for everyone in downtown Saugatuck. 

Outside at Bolton House, you will find two covered patios with outdoor furniture. Relax in the breeze with an evening glass of wine while visiting with your loved ones. Head into the yard where you'll find a custom fire pit area with adirondack-style chairs. Here you can cook up s'mores under the stars. 

Bolton House is spacious with high ceilings and a floor plan that just keeps going. You will love the open great room with a relaxing sofa seating area, fireplace, and a unique dining area. Head into the fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to cook up a meal. The center work island doubles as a dining table with enough seating for everyone. Just off the kitchen is a family room with a huge sectional sofa and a Smart TV to stream all your favorite shows. The main level also has a full bathroom and a den/office which doubles as the fourth bedroom. This space offers direct access to a covered patio, a Smart TV, and a sofa sleeper. 

Head upstairs where you'll find three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a full bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower. Each of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed and large windows overlooking the front yard. The guest bathroom is gorgeous with a custom tile finish, large walk-in shower, and ample lighting for getting ready. 

Please Note:

• This home fronts on Holland Street, but is accessed off a side street. You will be provided directions at check-in.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. 
• There is high-speed wireless internet and Smart TVs for you to stream your favorite apps. There is no cable service.
• Every inch of this home is new and recently remodeled. We ask that you treat the home with respect during your visit.
