Head out the French doors to the deck where you can relax in the sunshine with your morning coffee or evening beverage.
Walk only 2 blocks away to Wicks Park where you can watch the endless parade of boats float by or take the Chain Ferry across the river for a hike at Mt. Baldhead or a day at Oval Beach. In the mornings, you'll want to walk less than 3 blocks to Uncommon Grounds for a cup of fresh coffee and a baked treat.

Please Note:
- There is an adjoining property that is rented separately. The yard is shared and there will be other guests on the property. Each property has a private deck for their use, but you can see each other.
- The BBQ grill in the driveway is shared by both properties.
- The driveway parking is only for the main house. There is on-street parking out front available for your use.
- This home is dog-friendly with a $100 per pet fee. Because the yard is shared, we ask that you do not leave your dog unattended.
- The TV is equipped with a Fire Stick to log in to your apps and stream your favorite shows. There is no cable service.

The house was wonderful. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Area was walking distance to everything.
I really appreciated the friendly welcome and the pumpkin pie. We had a wonderful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saugatuck this weekend. Mill Pond Realty provided outstanding service. During our stay, they were incredibly responsive, kind, courteous and professional. We will definitely use them for our next stay in Saugatuck.
