You will love the central downtown location of this Saugatuck cottage-style home. Relax and unwind from the enclosed front porch as you watch the world go by, or hang out on the expansive back deck complete with a fire pit.
Space galore for your whole group to enjoy as the floor plan keeps going and going. Enter through the sunken den where you'll find a flat-screen TV and a comfy sofa that pulls out for additional sleeping.
Continue on the main level, up 3 steps, into the kitchenette. This space is perfect for a quick morning coffee and toast, an afternoon drink, or popping some popcorn for an evening at home. The adjacent formal dining room is great for everyone to dine together or even for a friendly game of cards.
Next, head through the formal living room and out to the enclosed front porch. The porch is the ideal place to visit with your loved ones while watching the world go by.
This level also has two generous bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Starting back at the sunken den, you can head upstairs where you will find the upper wing of Downtown Cottage.
The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped for everything you would need for a meal at home. With the snack bar and adjacent dining area, this is a great place to hang out with everyone.
Living space upstairs includes the spacious sunroom complete with flat-screen TV with Chromecast, a sectional sofa, and a day bed with a trundle for additional sleeping. There are doors that would close off this room for sound privacy for those sleeping in this space.
There are also two bedrooms on this level - the guest bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite half bathroom. The master suite is huge! A comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and washer/dryer.
This home also has plenty of outside space to hang out. Tiered decking out back is complete with outdoor furniture with several seating areas and a fire pit for making s'mores in the evenings.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this house. It is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck and the entire place is gorgeous and filled with charm. The parking was convenient in the driveway and the beds were comfy. The summer porch and back yard deck is lovely and you will be sure to have a fun time!

We had an amazing stay in Saugatuck! The house was huge and had everything we needed to cook several family meals, and we especially loved the tiny beach in front of the house for the kids. It was great to come back from the days adventures to such an easy place, and to simply take a short walk to restaurants and shops. We plan to come back again!

My family and I were traveling from out of town for a wedding. We were looking for a place that had enough space for all 7 of us and this was the place. The two levels provided enough space to feel comfortable, yet enough common spaces where we could also hang out. The patio was a dream and we spent all Friday night out there by the fire. The house is a block or two from shopping and various restaurants. Everything was very clean and they were so welcoming. We will definitely stay again!

This house has everything you need for a group to enjoy being together- large gathering spaces, as well as the ability to go to your separate quarters for some privacy for a much needed break from company. The property was unbelievably clean on the inside, considering it was the end of the busy season.

This place was fantastic. We had 10 women staying for a weekend and there was plenty of room. The house is beautiful, very clean, truly within walking distance to downtown, and Mill Pond Realty is very attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend the Downtown Cottage to anyone.

We traveled to the downtown cottage for a wedding, and a group of us stayed all together. It was awesome! The house was perfect for a larger group of people, tons of space. The was the perfect place for my group and I to stay! The location couldnt be better; it was within walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go in Saugatuck! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We had a lightbulb go out our first night and they were there to fix it before 9am the next morning! Couldnt recommend this property more!

We had a great time at Downtown Cottage! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was nice to be walking distance from downtown Saugatuck and its a short drive to Oval beach. I have two small children and the master bedroom on the second floor had plenty of room to set up their travel cribs. There is a door at the top of the stairs that we could keep closed, so we didnt have to worry about them accidentally falling. There is a nice playground a 5-10 min walk away too. We will definitely consider staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Downtown Cottage and Mill Pond Realty was a fantastic host. The Cottage was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location walking distance from the heart of Saugatuck. The Cottage also had a fantastic backyard area with multiple seating areas and a great fire pit. Mill Pond was extremely professional and accommodating.
