Sunsational is the ideal place to get away from it all while still being close to all downtown Saugatuck activities.
Enjoy a short walk to the fine and casual dining establishments, take in a show at the SCA, shop until you drop at one of the many boutiques, or stroll along the boardwalk. There is plenty to do!
Back at Sunsational, you’ll be offered an atmosphere for pure relaxation.
The front screen porch is great for sipping your morning coffee and watching the world go by.
Off the kitchen, you’ll find the back deck with alfresco dining overlooking the huge fenced-in backyard. Let the kids and pets run and play, or even have a picnic in your own backyard.
The back patio space has even more to offer. A private hot tub to ease your worries away. A gas BBQ grill with table and chairs for barbecues with loved ones in the outdoors. And a fire pit for evening s'mores and bonding time.
Sunsational offers sleeping for 9 (11 with the sofa sleeper) across three comfortable bedrooms. A main-level bedroom and bathroom are perfect for those who cannot do too many stairs. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms with sleeping for 7 and a second full bathroom.
For time together, the large dining table is perfect for meals or playing a game of cards and the living room offers a flat-screen TV and comfortable furniture.
No matter how you decide to spend your time, Sunsational is a great place for making memories with your loved ones.

We loved our stay at Sunsational in Saugatuck! The house was just as described and wonderful. Mill Pond Realty was fantastic. They were very attentive and responsive. They made our stay so easy. We spent the weekend with our son and daughter-in-law. There was plenty of space for us all. We ate several meals in. Everything we needed kitchen wise was available. Use of the grill was great. We enjoyed all the outdoor areas - front and back porches, fire pit, and hot tub. Being blocks from downtown was such a treat and made it easy to explore the shops, etc. on foot. We would absolutely stay here again. We recommend booking it for sure!

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and we had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. We loved lounging on the beautiful screened porches and hanging out in the private yard and hot tub. It was a short and easy walk downtown.

Comfortable space for our family get together of 10+ people. The backyard was large enough for kids and adults to play in. 5 minute walk to downtown. The Mill Pond staff was very accommodating and checked in to ensure we were comfortable.

We booked Sunsational for our annual girls weekend trip. The check in was easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The property itself was wonderful. Very charming, clean, and comfortable. Also a lot larger than I expected. The location is great. Very close to downtown, walking distance on a nice day. Would absolutely recommend booking here!

This place was wonderful for our family. The backyard was amazing for our dogs. This home truly has an inviting feel that makes you not want to leave. The kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed everything and the town and food is amazing. We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie the whole time. We defiantly will be returning.

Fantastic location for a trip to Saugatuck! Easy walk to downtown restaurants, shops, etc. and on a nice, quiet street. We brought our dog and loved having a fenced in yard to make use of. And the hot tub was great! Kitchen is well stocked for a rental unit. The living/dining area in the house is perfect for a small group. The space might be tight if your party has 6 or more, but youll be spending all your time out in the yard or exploring town anyway!

We have been coming here for 10 years or so. Enjoy the shops, scenery, beautiful gardens on private homes. Nice place to walk! Quiet in hill top rentals that are only 3-4 blocks from waterfront. Variety of restaurants. Not all bar food. Great place to relax. Dog friendly.

We had a wonderful time. The property was terrific. Nice back yard for playing catch, cooking smores, grilling out, playing with our dog. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 2 couples and 2 children. Thoroughly enjoyed walking to town to go to the shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful. Lovely flowers in everyones yards. We will be back!
