Sliders off the deck lead into the living room with a sleeper sofa and into the kitchen. In addition, you will find a dining area, two bedrooms, and a second living room. The spacious floor plan is easy and flowing.

Whether you're looking for Broadway-quality theater, fine or casual dining, unique boutiques, ice cream, parks, art galleries, or the waterfront boardwalk, Saugatuck has it! - No cats are allowed at this property, ever. The owner is highly allergic.
- Dogs are welcome with an additional fee. The backyard is fenced in and there is a separate dog run with a waste station.
- This home is located 'on the hill' in downtown Saugatuck. This is the more residential area of town. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the quiet hours of 11 pm to 7 am.

Cozy cottage, easy access to town! We very much enjoyed our stay; in particular the huge backyard and the neighborhood. Beds are a bit soft but otherwise very comfortable.

The property is a few blocks from downtown. It is a really pretty, quaint area that is tucked away for a quiet retreat, but walkable to the bustling downtown. Lovely home, nicely decorated. I would recommend if you like to be somewhat close to downtown but far enough away for quiet. The backyard is so cool!

Frasiers cottage was really close to downtown and less than a 10 min drive to basically everything else. Good space and the kitchen utensils/ pans etc. was well stocked. Our family of four had plenty of room and enjoyed the fire pit out back!

Frasiers Cottage is a lovely home just a few minutes walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, and shops. Super convenient for a vacation to Saugatuck. Lovely yard. Lovely home. Beds were super comfortable. We would absolutely stay again.

Great house in a great location, very walkable to all of our favorite spots in Saugatuck. The house is exactly as described, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The yard is massive and lovely, we loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the sounds and surroundings.

We loved that everything was in walking distance except the beach. Our neighbors were very nice and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our cottage was clean and a perfect size for our family. Overall stay was enjoyable! Thank you!

The home, location, and everything in your control was perfect! It was such a nice change staying in a home. We have stayed here many times at a B&B and this truly is the way to go.
