Back at home you'll love the wooded surroundings and may even catch glimpses of birds, deer, fox, rabbits, and other wildlife in your backyard. The outside space of this home is where you'll want to be. The spacious deck is complete with outdoor furniture to relax with a book or just spend time with your loved ones. - This home is situated in the woods. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced twice monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house.
- This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If you flush other items, such as feminine products, it will cause a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
- The garage is not included in the rental. There is room in the driveway for 4+ cars.

A wonderful place for a weekend in Saugatuck! Very peaceful & private area not far from all the fun downtown has to offer. A nice park within walking distance, would definitely come back again.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for 4 nights in the middle of July. Big enough for 12 of us! The house sits in the middle of the woods. It was great to feel secluded and have such a beautiful setting, while also being so close to downtown Saugatuck (only a 5 minute drive). The hot tub was a major plus, the kids never wanted to get out! I highly recommend this house, especially if youre traveling with a big group. It will not disappoint.

Idyllic, secluded location with easy access to downtown Saugatuck. The home has great flow for a larger group to gather, as well as create distance when looking for quieter moments. Would stay again!

Great Stay for the family. We had a total of 12 people. 7 adults(3 couples) and 5 children under 6(1 infant). The home was roomy enough for us all to sleep comfortably. AC worked great. No ceiling fans in rooms so if you need a bit of of white noise I would suggest bringing one. Great that a washer and dryer were there. we found ourselves using it for towels towels on rotation the most. Great communication with the Host.

Beautiful home and the surrounding property with just the right distance, a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed evening camp fires in the wooded area near the back of the home and the hot tub was a hit! Thank you to all the staff that assisted us during our stay. What a fantastic yard / outdoor amenities. My dog loved every minute of our trip, the yard was secluded enough to let him run around off leash a bit. Awesome hot tub, huge deck, grill, fire pit on the path on the way to the lake. Lake access was actually slightly better than expected. Its a small little beach but great for launching paddle boards or hanging out on a picnic blanket in the grassy area. Would definitely rent again!
