This beautiful condo is sure to ease your worries away. At dusk, retreat to your private deck overlooking the harbor….while you drink in the amazing view, enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries, and reflect on the fabulous choice you made for your getaway. Read, relax, rejuvenate…be transported and transformed.
Spend some time pondering the many options you have for the next day…sandy Lake Michigan beaches, shops, art galleries, wineries, and eateries, the possibilities are endless. The one constant is the wonderful space we call, “Comfortably Numb.”
This updated space is sure to please. The main level great room boasts amazing views of the Saugatuck Harbor. Enjoy the boat parade, the magnificent colors of a sunlit sky, and life on the water. The cozy living room has leather furniture to sink into while you watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The electric fireplace is perfect for creating ambiance in the evenings.
Using fresh ingredients from the local farmer's market, the fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to cook meals at home. The adjacent dining area has a large picture window overlooking the harbor. Or, head out to the balcony where you can dine al fresco until your heart is content.
The main level queen ensuite offers a separate retreat inside this sanctuary. Walk through the sleeping area to the connected den with sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV with basic cable, and views of the water. Also attached is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.
Completing the main level is a convenient half bath and laundry room just off the living room.
Head upstairs to the spacious master ensuite, skylights included, where you can get a good night's rest. Please note, that this space does not have a door and does stay warmer than the main level. This space is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and views of the water. Enjoy the flat-screen TV or curl up in the cushioned window seat with a good book. The Ensuite is just as spacious with a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted soaking tub for true relaxation.
If Lake Michigan is calling your name, our famous Oval Beach is less than 2 miles away. Happen to be visiting in the winter? Our friends at Landsharks offer snowshoe and cross-country ski rentals to enjoy all the great hiking trails in our area.

Please Note:
- The upper level does not have a door that separates it from the stairway.
- The guest bedroom and den do not have a door between them.
- Fire is not allowed on decks or within 10 feet of a structure per the local fire department. Therefore, we are not able to have a grill. There is a large electric grill (like a George Foreman grill) for your use, but it is not the same as a BBQ grill.
- There is one assigned parking spot and an assortment of guest spots available on a first come first serve basis.
- Due to the vaulted ceilings and heat naturally rising, the upper levels stays much warmer than the main level. We recommend keeping the blinds shut upstairs during the warm summer months.

Perfect!! We stayed here for 5 days for our summer vacation. The unit was clean, more than enough space for two adults and one child and the view was amazing. Downtown Douglas is a short walk and Saugatuck is a 30 minute walk. Everything was fantastic. We will definitely return.

This place was fantastic!!! Its about a 17 min walk to downtown douglas which we did often and a 4 minute drive to downtown Saugatuk. We spent many nights on the balcony, fished off the dock, and just very much enjoyed this house.

The whole process from start to finish was great. The owners were super responsive to our questions. The property itself overlooks the lake and has a beautiful view of the town. Close to Saugatucks heart (5 minute drive), and property was easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the property itself was very well maintained and spotless. We loved our stay and plan to be back!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay. We usually do bed and breakfasts but we loved having our own accommodations! The location couldnt be better, right on the dock looking out at the boats! So close to shopping and restaurants! Great way to celebrate our 30th Anniversary!

We loved our condo. It was the perfect refuge for our getaway and we we will definitely come back. Our days began with coffee on the deck with wonderful views of the water and visits from the hummingbirds. Our days ended with a cocktail or glass of wine on the deck with nothing but peaceful stillness and quiet surrounding us. We look forward to our next visit!

Waterfront condo in the quiet town of Douglas. Lots of light and great view of the harbor. Perfect for 4 adults and maybe one or two young kids. Kitchen fully stocked. Five minute drive to Saugatuck. Deck is nice and spacious and Mill Realty was very pleasant to work with. 2.5 bathrooms was a plus. We spent a lot of time at Respite Coffee shop in downtown Douglas and Oval Beach a few miles away!! Would recommend this modern and airy condo.

The location can not be beat. Beautiful views of the Saugatuck/Douglas bay and marina. A not-too-crowded pool and private playground my kids had to themselves. Easy drive to Saugatuck beaches, the Dunes, and downtown Saugatuck. Walkable youre Douglas in about 15 minutes. Theres a large patio for relaxing and eating, electric grill, and huge master suite and bath.

Comfortably Numb" with its view of the Saugatuck harbor was everything the pictures and description said it would be. We were genuinely impressed when we walked through the door, and continued to enjoy the experience right up until the moment we left. The condo and location are quiet, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the view was better than we hoped for. In addition, the staff at Mill Pond realty, which manages the property, was more than helpful and responsive. We loved it and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
